Groups For Nations Cup XI

The Clanbase NationsCup XI commences next week, first with the qualifiers and then followed by the group stages. The groups were published earlier today.

Once again we have an exciting competition looming upon us, the top 5 players will be representing their nations in the hope of winning the prestige of the title "Best CS Nation".

The groups, although promised yesterday, have now been released and they look a little like this:

Clanbase claim they used a different method for group selection this year:

"Well, it's about time that we announce groups for this year'sCounter-Strike Nations Cup XI. This time we used special seeding systemfor creating the groups: we took teams' last few NC seasons successinto consideration, European CS rankings and much more. Take a closerlook."

Three teams advance to playoffs, with the group winners skipping the first playoff round. Everything begins next week, HLTV.org will as always be offering full event coverage, just remember to tune in for updates!
